Star photographer Raymund Isaac died on Saturday, September 5th after being hospitalized for COVID-19. He was 59.
After his death, local stars offered condolences to Isaac and his partner Jayson Vicente’s family.
Actress Angel Locsin said Isaac’s departure was “super sad news”.

She wished him that he rested in peace.
Thespian Pinky Amador also recalled her last photo shoot with Isaac in March 2019.
Amador said Isaac’s “talent, generosity and a knack for wit, fun and laughter” will certainly be missing.
âThe creative industries have lost a passionate visionary. You always think and plan ahead, but at the same time you could be so spontaneous. Pure genius! âShe emphasized. “We planned to do an educational series during the pandemic, and your ideas were hot (fire emoji).”
Actor Carlo Orosa quoted “decades of the most beautiful and glamorous” photos.
Orosa looked back on the time the late Lensman entered a photo exhibition competition.
“Even though you didn’t take home a prize that evening, your mood was still good and solemn,” he said. âI will always remember the life and beauty that you have given so many of us through your photographs, but I will never forget you for your generosity, kindness, vibrancy, energy and zest for life, no matter the circumstances. We will really miss you @raymundisaac. My condolences to your family and your husband @ chocol8tman. “
Former basketball player Doug Kramer called Raymund a “legend” in the industry; loved by so many.
âWe’ve worked with Raymund countless times since the kids were younger. We’d always work with him because the kids always enjoyed our shoots. It was playing time while filming. You are a real professional. A talented one who took so many beautiful photos of our family. We are heartbroken. So much Kwentuhan with you that we will miss. We will really miss you, Raymund! “
Young star Jayda and her mother veteran singer Jessa Zaragoza also honored Isaac.
Dingdong Avanzado’s daughter said she worked with Isaac on a series of magazine photo shoots.
“And not to mention that I was back long before I was wearing diapers,” she said.
Jessa also spoke about her two-decade friendship with Raymund.
OPM icon Pops Fernandez thanked Isaac for attending so many highlights in her life.

Broadway star Lea Salonga also expressed her condolences.
In his social media post, Vicente Isaac named his husband and “Guardian Angel”. Other celebrities who offered their condolences included Pauleen Luna, Francis Libiran, Denise Laurel, Bing Loyzaga, and IÃ±igo Pascual.
Celebrities Christine Babao, Angelu De Leon and Esang also paid tribute to Isaac online.
In July, Isaac asked for prayers after being hospitalized in California, United States, for COVID-19.
Ã A month later, his partner announced that Raymund was stable but remained intubated and sedated in the ICU.
On September 5, Edward Issac announced the death of his brother.
