More than a year and a half after the Covid-19 pandemic began, Renfe will be sold again, from November 1st premium tickets, with restaurant service, to travel on the AVE and Euromed trains from November 15th.
The company is also re-establishing access to the station’s club rooms and the escort service for unaccompanied minors.
The premium ticket offers a ride with all extras included, like the comfort seat for more space and comfort, the restaurant service and the best change and cancellation conditions. The gastronomic offer of what Renfe calls “Restaurant to the Square” was designed by the Catalan chef Ramón Freixa, who has been awarded two Michelin stars and three Repsol suns.
From November 15th Club rooms are open againso that customers with a premium ticket, among other things, can use their advantages at the exit stations before their train departs. These rooms, which were used by 1.25 million travelers in 2029, are equipped as relaxation areas, reading, meeting, toilet and self-service cafeterias with snacks and drinks.
The club rooms are located at Alicante Terminal, Albacete Los Llanos, Barcelona Sants, Camp de Tarragona, Girona, Lleida-Pirineus, Málaga María Zambrano, Madrid Chamartín Clara Campoamor, Madrid Puerta de Atocha, Sevilla Santa Justa, Valencia Joaquín Sorolla stations, Valladolid Campo Grande and Zaragoza Delicias.
service Accompaniment of unaccompanied minors, which will also be withdrawn from November 15, will be provided with the purchase of the Choose Comfort or Premium ticket for children between 6 and 13 years of age (both included) and can be requested at least 48 hours before the train departs.
