Queen Leitiza of Spain put her fashion skills to the test again and looked chic in a white peplum jacket and sleek black pants for a visit to Zaragoza today.
The royal mother of two, 48, was the epitome of sophistication when she joined her husband King Felipe VI, 53, to celebrate well-known Spanish artist Francisco Goya, who was born near town in Fuendetodos in 1746.
The couple wore face masks and met members of the Goya Foundation in Aragon and the Goya Fuendetodos Cultural Consortium to mark the 275th anniversary of Goya’s birth.
Letizia combined her white jacket, which she wore for the first time in July 2008, with short black pants and trendy kitten heels with a bow.

She wore a black and white striped T-shirt under her jacket and kept her accessories to a minimum. She wore her usual rings and a pair of gold hoop earrings.
Letizia kept her hair in a medium ponytail and sported a simple makeup with a small amount of brown eyeshadow and a natural foundation.
She protected herself with a white face covering during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, while her husband also put on a face mask.

Francisco Goya was a Spanish painter and printmaker during the Romantic period and is known for his paints and drawings.
Often referred to as the last of the old masters and the first of the modern age, he was very successful during his lifetime and is now considered the most important Spanish artist of the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
Goya suffered a serious and undiagnosed illness in 1793 that made him deaf and made his work darker and more pessimistic.
They have been busy with royal engagements so far this year and visited Andorra last week for their first state visit to the principality since King Felipe VI. 2014 became king.

The two-day trip marked the couple’s first trip outside of Spain since the pandemic began, where state visits for European kings were out of the question due to travel restrictions.
Andorra is one of the smallest countries in Europe. It is an independent European principality located between the southern peaks of the Pyrenees and bordered by France and Spain.
It is also the first time since the monarch was enthroned in 2014 that Felipe and Letizia visit Andorra after his father King Juan Carlos abdicates.
The trip is ahead of Andorra’s presidency of the Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government in April, which King Felipe will also attend.
