The reality TV show follows the professional and private life of the team at luxury real estate agency The Oppenheim Group in sunny LA. The show connected our two great loves – dreamy real estate offers with a dash of drama.
As we watched the glamorous real estate agents make really safe buyers on million dollar hard-to-move homes, we got tips on how to sell a home fast and what not to do on an open house (talk about it).
Netflix confirmed that in March Sell sunset Season 4 would return to our screens. The new season is being shot – that’s what we can expect from the new episodes.

A release date for the fourth season of Selling Sunset has not yet been confirmed, but it will likely arrive in late 2021, with the Oppenheim Group looking forward to a season 5.
Who will be in Selling Sunset Season 4?
In May, Netflix announced that there would be some new faces in season 4: “Selling Sunset fans, those Oppenheim couches are getting a little more crowded in season 4. A lot has happened in the life of the Selling Sunset cast since Season 3 aired. Christine Quinn recently welcomed her first child into the world, so we expect to see part of her pregnancy and motherhood journey in the new series.
Obviously, it wouldn’t be the show we all love without a little drama. After the announcement that Brett has left the Oppenheim group to start a new brokerage company and Davina is also moving to competing real estate agency Douglas Elliman, the sparks could fly in the real estate world.
