BBC One’s Ghosts started in 2019 and is still in operation.

On the series, the couple inherited the huge but crumbling Button House from a 99-year-old distant female relative of hers, according to their summary on Wikipedia. The house is haunted by numerous contentious ghosts from every era who died on its property. Alison and Mike ignore their attorney’s advice to sell the property and decide to renovate it to turn the house into a luxury hotel. At first, the ghosts are not very satisfied with their plans and conspiracy to get rid of the newcomers. After several unsuccessful attempts to scare her, one of the ghosts pushes Alison out of an upstairs window. When she awakens from an induced coma two weeks later, she discovers that her husband has arranged a huge mortgage, and that she can see the ghosts because of her near-death experience.

“At first Alison imagines that the ghosts are an aftermath of her accident, then finally accepts the truth and confronts it. Because neither she (for financial reasons) nor the ghosts (who are stuck there for eternity) can leave, both sides agree finally, to having no choice but to live together as best they can. Meanwhile, the house is a lot of work, and Alison and Mike come up with various plans to support their dangerous finances. “
