Here is the official round-up for Ghosts, per CBS:
“Ghosts is a one-camera comedy about Samantha and Jay, a cheerful freelance journalist and aspiring city cook who tossed caution and money to the wind when they decide to remodel a huge, rundown estate they inherited Bed & Breakfast – only to find it is inhabited by the many ghosts of deceased residents who now call it home. The departed souls are a closely connected, diverse group that includes a cheeky lounge singer from the time of prohibition; a pompous militiaman from the 18th century; a 60s hippie who loves hallucinogens; an over-optimistic ’80s scout troop leader; a cod-obsessed Viking explorer from 1009; a chic financial brother from the 90s; a sarcastic and witty native from the 16th century; and a 19th century society wife and wife of a robber baron who is Samantha’s ancestor, to name a few. If the ghosts have been concerned about the excitement a renovation and B&B will cause in their home, it is nothing compared to the fact that Samantha is the first person alive she can see and hear. “
