Description of the TV show:
A supernatural comedy series with a single camera that Ghosts The TV show is based on the British comedy of the same name. It was created by Mathew Baynton, Simon Farnaby, Martha Howe-Douglas, Jim Howick, and Laurence Rickard & Ben Willbond.

Freelance journalist Samantha (McIver) and an aspiring chef, Jay (Ambudkar) are an urban couple. They throw caution (and their money) to the wind when they decide to convert a huge, rundown estate they inherited into a bed and breakfast. They discover that it is inhabited by many ghosts of deceased residents.

The Departed Souls are a close-knit, eclectic group that includes Alberta (Pinnock), a cheeky lounge singer from the Prohibition era; Isaac (Jones), an ostentatious 18th century militiaman; Flower (Carrasco), a 1960s hippie who loves hallucinogens; Pete (Moriarty), an overly optimistic scout troop leader of the 1980s; Thorfinn (Long), a cod-obsessed Viking explorer from 1009; Trevor (Grodman), a shrewd financial brother from the 1990s; Sasappis (Zaragoza), a sarcastic and witty native of the 16th century; and Hetty (Wisocky), a society woman and the wife of a 19th century robber baron who is Samantha’s ancestor.

If the ghosts were afraid of the hustle and bustle a renovation and B&B would create in their home, it is nothing compared to what happens when they realize that Samantha is the first person alive they can see and hear.
