PENDLETON – The following verdicts have been passed in Umatilla County Courts:

• Carlose Saleador Duran, 30, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to the manufacture / supply of controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a school: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 punishment units, a maximum of 90 prison units, and 160 hours of community service; pleaded guilty of Theft II (misdemeanor): 180 days probation, 3 years probation, US $ 100 fine, US $ 900 fine, and redress pending.

• Ruby Ann Sanders, 46, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to methamphetamine delivery: sentenced to 5 years probation, 180 units, 90 maximum sentences, $ 1,000 fine, and $ 4,000 fine.

• Jose Olivarez Fernandez, 60, Hermiston, guilty of unlawful sexual penetration I and three cases of sodomy I: sentenced to 300 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC) and 99 years of post-prison surveillance for each case; I pleaded guilty to six sexual abuse cases: Sentenced to 75 months Oregon DOC and 45 months post-prison surveillance for each case; pleaded guilty to five incidents of abusing a child for the display of sexually explicit behavior: Sentenced to 300 months in Oregon DOC and 3 years post-prison surveillance; Pleaded guilty to the sixth charge of using a child to display sexually explicit behavior: Sentenced to 70 months in Oregon DOC and 3 years on custody; pleaded guilty to two counts: Child Sexual Abuse Encouragement I: Sentenced to 45 months of Oregon DOC and 3 years of post-prison surveillance for each case; Pleaded guilty to incest: Sentenced to 30 months in Oregon DOC and 2 years post-prison surveillance.

• Daryl Scott Frederickson, 44, Umatilla pleaded guilty to methamphetamine delivery: sentenced to 80 months in Oregon DOC, 3 years post-prison surveillance, and US $ 3,400 refund; Pleaded guilty to the delivery of methamphetamine (2nd count), obstruction of the public prosecutor’s office, felon in possession of firearms and two charges of fleeing or attempting to evade the police officer (crime) and reckless driving (misdemeanor): penalties for release

• Gustavo Armando Sanchez, 20, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to cocaine extradition on four counts: 3 years probation, 180 penalties and a maximum of 90 prison units for each charge, 160 hours of community service, $ 2,000 fine and $ 2,000 Suspended fine.

• Daniel Scott Morero, 21, Hermiston, Guilty of Robbery III: Sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 penalties, 60 maximum sentences, 60 hours of community service, $ 200 fine and $ 500 refund; Pleaded guilty to Theft II (misdemeanor): Sentenced to 30 days in prison, 150 days probation, 2 years probation and a US $ 100 fine.

• Eliseo Segundo De Jesus, 38, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to four Criminal Mischief II incidents: sentenced to 180 days probation, 2 years probation, US $ 100 fine and US $ 1,650 fine for each case; pleaded guilty to a fifth count of Criminal Mischief II: 180 days probation, 2 years probation, $ 1,750 fine, and redress pending, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to no-show II: imprisonment.

• Jonathan Elisha Lopez, 31, of Harrisonberg, Virginia, convicted of opening a false report: sentenced to 2 days in prison, 178 days in prison, 18 months probation, $ 900 fine and $ 900 fine, plus legal costs and fees.

• Rodolfo Ferrer Garcia, 34, of Umatilla, pleaded guilty of reckless driving: sentenced to 15 days in prison, 165 days probation, 18 months probation, $ 250 fine, and 90 days driver disqualification, plus legal costs and fees.

• Tyler Scott Moorehead, 35, College Place, Washington, found guilty of simulation crime: Sentenced to 180 days’ imprisonment, 2 years probation, 40 hours of community service, $ 100 fine and $ 900 fine, plus legal fees and charges.

• Ronnie Lee Moore, 40, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days probation, 2 years probation, 25 hours of community service, and $ 261.43 in compensation plus court fees.
